Padraig O’Donoghue B Com, C.A.  Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Mr O’Donoghue is a Chartered Accountant and worked for Barrick Gold Corporation (and its predecessor companies) for almost 10 years in a range of roles, most recently in the position of Commercial Manager in Western Australia. Prior to joining Barrick, Padraig worked for the Ministry of Energy & Mines, British Columbia, Canada, and for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chartered Accountants.
	Wayne Knott Dip Extraction Metallurgy, AIMM General Manager - Operations Mr Knott started in the mining industry in 1985.  He has been in mineral sands since 1990, including nine years at Richards Bay Minerals.  Previous roles were held in operations and technical management with Genmin, Consolidated Rutile Limited, Iluka Resources and Kenmare Resources.
	Peter Gerdes Manager – Human Resources Mr Gerdes has 18 years experience in human resources, industrial relations, organisational development, and training in the commercial aviation and black coal industries.
	Paul Smith Bsc (applied) Env Sci (hons), M. Min Res-Env Man Manager – Environment and Community Relations Mr Smith has 13 years experience in environmental management within the mining and petroleum industries, working both in private enterprise and consultancy.
	Franko Roberts Occupational Health & Safety Manager Mr Roberts has 15 years experience in Australia & PNG coaching teams in the development and implementation of a proactive, systematic and consultative Health & Safety Systems approach.
