CRL Purchasing Conditions
All purchase orders issued will be subject to the Consolidate Rutile Limited Order Conditions. The conditions shall apply only to the extent that they are relevant to the supply of the Goods, Materials or Services described on the purchase order. These Purchase Order Conditions are designed to cover considerations such as fit for purpose, order delivery conditions, inspection, legal regulations, and subcontracting, insurance and order termination.
